Google Contacts: How to force MS Excel to import a CSV file without messing up with leading numbers like ‘0’ or ‘+’ sign automatically?

Here’s how I do it. (Google Contacts)  I standardize everything with +International Code. So taking an INDIAN example:
A phone number is 91 1234567890 (91 is the area code and the phone number follows). So in this example, I’ll enter the number as follows:

+91 1234567890

Then using Excel or Google Sheets, set the Phone Number Column as Text.
