Actually there is a very simple way to do this, but it requires that you save the images to your Camera Roll first. Just tap and hold on any image in a message, email or other compatible apps will save the photo to your Camera Roll.
Once the images are in the Camera Roll connect the device to your Mac and open Image Capture, which comes standard on every Mac OS. Once you’re connected you’ll see a window showing all of the photos in the camera roll and a Mac-standard-looking way to select all or some of the photos and an “Import” (on some versions it’s “Download”) button. Click that and you’ll move all the photos in bulk from your iOS device to your Mac.Share
