(This assumes that you are using the built-in WordPress.com subscription feature and not an alternate one like Feedburner.)

Go to your site statistics. In the left column (I’m not counting the navigation one), you’ll see a tab for Subscriptions – click it and you will see the number of subs you currently have.

Click the number, and you’ll be taken to a list of your subscribers. They are broken down into WordPress.com users who have subscribed and email-only subscribers. You will only be able to see the email addresses of email-only subscribers.

There is a link at the bottom of the Email Subscribers list that will permit you to download those subs as a CSV file. You should be able to import that CSV file to most subscription services.
